The Freedom
For those desiring a full size .45 1911 handgun, there is no finer weapon available than the Victory Arms Freedom. In addition to the Freedom, the series also includes the Freedom C&P and the Military Performance Weapon (MPW). All Freedoms come standard with a precision machined frame and slide from the highest quality stainless steel castings and bar stock. Combined with stainless steel springs and internal parts, the Freedom series pistols, like all models in the Victory Arms lineup, are the most corrosion resistant weapons available to you today. All Freedom series pistols come equipped with thick or thin, crack resistant linen micarta grips. Regardless of extreme weather conditions, the Freedom will continue to function flawlessly with each pull of the trigger.
The Freedom, Freedom C&P and the MPW all come standard with a 5 inch, fluted stainless steel barrel. Combine this with hand fitting throughout, tuned trigger and extractor tension, and you have increased weapon accuracy, reliability and longevity. Unlike the competition which recommends and may even require a recoil spring replacement at 600-800 rounds, the Victory Arms Freedom series advanced 2 spring recoil system will last the life of your gun - never needing replacement.
When it comes time to clean your Freedom series, you only need a few minutes. With our innovative 2 spring recoil system you don't need a fancy bent paperclip to disassemble a Freedom. All you need to field strip your Victory Arms are your hands. With a clean rag and a few drops of good quality lube you will find your Freedom not only cleaned, but also back together and ready to go.
With a Novak LoMount (TM) style dovetail, the Freedom series can accept a wide variety of sights so the shooter can customize the sights to their needs.
- The C&P takes the standard Freedom a step further with three advancements: 1. High Quality Adjustable Sights so each shooter can adjust the sights to your own load and particular grip for increased target hit probability; 2. Ambidextrous Thumb Safety to allow ease of use with either hand; 3. Forward Slide Serrations allow a press check under stressful conditions for increased confidence.
